I have created and tested the Squad but find the primary AI when transferring the call or being asked to transfer to the squad member does not preferring to transfer the call to the forwarding number. I need the forwarding number but very keen to explore the application of multiple squad members. Is there some activation needed? Testing on the squad page works perfecting...but not when I use the Twilio number?
