I just want auto scaling. should be a setting. charge me for more concurrency if i need it but don't miss any calls.

Please add an API endpoint that allows purchasing or increasing concurrency (call lines) programmatically.
This is required to automatically scale traffic without manual actions in the dashboard.
Example endpoints:
