After reviewing this internally with our development team, we’d like to clarify that the marketplace in question is neither created nor configured by HighLevel—it is fully managed by VAPI. Since we do not have access to VAPI’s codebase or configuration, we’re unable to directly investigate or make changes on their marketplace. Even if we were to identify a potential issue, the implementation of any fix would need to be handled by the VAPI team.

Any specific errors, logs, or technical details supporting this claim

Issue Observed:
The API key is valid and connects successfully to the standard GoHighLevel API.
However, when attempting to connect the GoHighLevel MCP integration, the connection fails.
After selecting the sub-account and clicking “Connect,” the page simply refreshes without connecting.
The client has rotated and expired the token, created new private integrations, and retried from both agency and sub-account levels, but the issue remains.
Summary:
MCP integration does not connect, even though the API integration connects normally. The connection process resets/refreshes each time, indicating an issue on the backend.
