Hi VAPI team! 👋 I need some urgent help with a critical billing bug that has prevented me from purchasing credits for months.
My credit card successfully saves in the "Payment Method" panel, but the system doesn't recognize it. When I try to buy credits or use auto-reload, I get a "Please enter a payment method to purchase credits" error, and in the Billing Information section, it says "No payments found".
I have already sent a detailed email with my Organization ID, bank details, and screenshots to support@vapi.ai from my email address starting with rivas58...
I have voice agents ready to go into production. Could someone please check my email ticket and follow up with me to resolve this issue? Thank you!
