European server for VAPI, so that European developers can adhere to GDPR rules and can minimize latency for Voice calls. Would highly improve call quality and integration process. Data residency included in EU. Would also help with downtime, if US servers go down, the EU server could take over.

Also please do get DPF for GDPR compliance now or at least allow DPA signing for "pay as you go accounts" like Retell and all other alternatives provide. DPA signing + providing SCCs is no witchcraft. You can automate it.

+1 On EU servers to reduce latency completly unneeded to take a round trip to the US for each Request. In particular US-West is an additional 200ms which we could save.
