I cannot create a new tool (I tried many times). The same error message appears (givin no explanation) and there is a 400 error in the console.

Issue: error when saving a new tool.
Steps to reproduce:
  1. Navigate to assistant creation page
  2. Add 3+ custom tools
  3. Click Save - button grays out but doesn't save
Error displayed on UI: " Tool update failed An error occurred while updating the tool."
