Many organisations would require dial touch tone input as a required field. in our company we take customer's bank details to register direct debit and reading it out to an AI is too hard and so many errors occur it would be great if DTMF was available in workflow to capture input by customer

For the larger adoption of AI calls especially more B2B calls I think it would be really useful to have a working dial keypad function.
