Issue: The AI was communicated clearly and unequivocally: Speak German. Think German. Transcribe German. What came out? A wild performance somewhere between Texan breakfast television, Dutch bakery small talk and a Google Translate parody from 2009. Specifically: • The transcription is completely unusable. Words are randomly replaced, swallowed, or sautéed into Dadaist sentence fragments. You'd think the AI was on an LSD trip through a German dictionary. • The AI's voice output switches — without reason, to American slang, as if it had suddenly signed an HBO contract. • In at least two test calls, she answered questions in German with something that is very reminiscent of Dutch tourist English. I think she even said something like that once: “Oh yes, unfortunately I didn't understand that at all. ” Expectation: We don't want multicultural improvisational theatre. When we say “Speak German,” then German should also come out — in sound and text. Stably, comprehensible and professionally. Not an AI identity crisis. Conclusion: I'm really not in the mood for public beta testing. For a professional customer telephone call, the AI must operate reliably in one language. Otherwise, we can only transfer them to a poetry slam festival — but not use them in sales. Please fix it urgently — thanks!
