I don't know why my workflows won't save. I've put in a random phone number for my transfer but it doesn't give an error for that part. Could you please help me figure this out

We have connected our assistants with Zadarma. Often (not always) when we create an outbound call to the phone number, the assistant does not detect the audio of the user on the phone. This is the ID of the conversation 13e9cecd-9e17-479b-a469-7b2ad3de69c5. Please investigate as this makes the platform unusable for us. We managed to recreate this over 20 times in one day and tried debugging, but got nowhere. We suppose the issue is on your side.

1) How do i delete a step in the workflow? 2) How do i know which of the paths it is going to follow? Like which of the paths is evaluated first in that AI conditional thing? I don't seem to be able to see any debug info when testing either so i don't know why nothing ended up happening when testing the flow. #1 Edit: Ah I see to hit backspace ( https://docs.vapi.ai/workflows ) ... could there be an [X] on the boxes perhaps?

How long has this workflow feature been in development? This is really by far the most buggy feature I've ever used. Thanks for that vapi

I love the new Workflows Feature, it's a game changer but System Prompts / Global Prompts are crucial if we want to globally give the agent context of specific information across the entire workflow steps, instructing specific speaking style and other global instructions that should apply no matter the current step. I am not sure if we're supposed to set this within the first "Say" node and it'll carry on but We're currently using squads with single prompts but our agents slip on conditions some times and we'd like to use the workflows but sometimes we want the agent to speak in a specific language or style and that's stopping us from using the workflows.

Hey Vapi team, Quick heads up — I ran into a validation error when saving a tool with a simple date string parameter. The error was: Form has validation errors: function.parameters.type: Invalid literal value I was using the Visual Editor, and when I switched to JSON mode, I saw that "type": "object" was missing from the top level. Manually adding it fixed the issue. Could be helpful if the editor added that automatically, or at least gave a heads-up in JSON view. Just a small UX thing, but it threw me off for a bit. Thanks! i cant find gpt 3.5 turbo in assistants panel and phone call automatically cut off once it exceds 10 mins

The agent often gets stuck at a certain step and keeps asking the same question repeatedly. In this case, it concerns the combination of a "say" action followed by an expected gather string. It seems like the agent is unable to populate the value. The question is whether the value is too vague or if this is a bug.

I'm unable to delete workflow step or modify code

In this video, I’m addressing a bug I encountered while saving the configuration of my assistant. I set the transcriber, provider, and language settings, but upon refreshing the page, my configuration doesn’t save. This is a significant issue for me, and I believe it’s not my fault. I’m looking for guidance on how to resolve this problem, so any insights would be appreciated.
