The headers in the docs do not seem to be currently included in VAPI's MCP agent requests.

I'm using the MCP tool with a Xano MCP server. The content interaction is working AMAZING. This is a great feature. However, I'm not getting any call/assistant info from VAPI with the MCP requests.

VAPI's MCP agent docs note that the following headers should be sent with MCP agent requests from VAPI: X-Call-Id, X-Chat-Id, X-Session-Id

Those requests are not coming over in the headers and this is what I believe is the bug.
