Assistant does not detect phone audio (Zadarma)

We have connected our assistants with Zadarma. Often (not always) when we create an outbound call to the phone number, the assistant does not detect the audio of the user on the phone.
This is the ID of the conversation 13e9cecd-9e17-479b-a469-7b2ad3de69c5. Please investigate as this makes the platform unusable for us. We managed to recreate this over 20 times in one day and tried debugging, but got nowhere. We suppose the issue is on your side.

I am having the same issue using Zadarma SIP Trunking.

And the inbound also does not work at all.

We cannot reproduce the bug using the Web, it only happens when calling using Zadarma.
